Oreo is a high energy cat and really loves to play! Here she is sliding into a small pile of leaves, and they are flying everywhere!
The heavily embroidered cat is placed on a sky blue and green patchwork background. The subject and leaves are fused and embroidered in place. A few beads are scattered across the leaves to simulate the dust and stuff that always accompanies colorful leaves in the fall. In the quilting, Ive tried to continue the feeling of the cats energy and the blowing wind.
The outside edges are bound in a blending green stripe or light blue print.Wool batting inside.
