One of Ann’s favorite subjects is coneflowers. This quilt features deep purple coneflowers with lime green centers. The flowers are machine embroidered on a yellow and gold background. The flower centers have a hot pink spiral; the orange leaves are detailed with matching thread; and black and white striped stems are edged with purple and lime stitching. The flowers are covered with purple thread and further enhanced with a highly reflective metallic thread. Quilting covers the background with an orange and yellow variegated thread. The binding blends into the edges with a yellow and multi stripe.
