This stamp shaped quilt was part of "PAQA Post" a traveling show, 2002-2004. My stamp celebrates my favorite place, Winona Lake, IN. Swans used to swim in the pond in town, and I'd love to watch them in the water with their young ones. The ginkgo leaves on the left edge are from one of the huge ginkgo trees on the edge of the pond. Both of these images appear over and over again in my quilts.
This quilt is fused, machine embroidered, overlays of blue tulle, and is heavily quilted with a repeated fan design. The edges are bound with a black, blue and white print
